About Vinyasa Yoga

Sophie’s Vinyasa moves at a slower pace than the other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.

You will learn how to breath with transitions of yoga movements and helps you feel more comfortable in the vinyasa yoga practice.

This class is unique as I always endeavor to take the best of many forms of yoga and then add SophieBoo’s own techniques. This makes my classes both addictive and memorable!
