About RecoveRing
A class for all levels with the intention of allowing muscles to relax and lengthen. Focused predominately on stretching and releasing tight muscles and tendons, primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. Most poses are done on the floor and held for 1-3 minutes. Holding poses for longer periods of time and focusing on breath gives the body time to fully relax and open.
