This class will focus inward to the connection between breath and movement. It must be slower pace can allow beginners to create their own engaged mentally and physically while learning poses and how to move, breathe and transit between poses. And also can fine Vinyasa to be energise yoga practice as breath, movement from flowing so we can do moving mediation. The FitnGlam ladies only.
